Insurance & Payment
Therapy can be a meaningful and worthwhile investment in yourself. Taking time to consider your motivation, values, insurance benefits, and finances can help you decide what is right for you.

1
Health Insurance
I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans (not HMO).
The best way to guarantee coverage is to contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your specific benefits.
2
Out of Network Health Insurance Benefits
Do you have another insurance provider with out-of-network benefits (most commonly PPO plans)? If so, it may be worth looking into. Many plans reimburse a substantial portion of the session fee, and the process of getting reimbursed is often simpler than people expect. If you’d like to explore this option, feel free to reach out for guidance.
Keep in mind that every plan is different, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your specific benefits and coverage.
3
Private Pay
I offer private pay for clients who prefer not to use insurance. Paying out-of-pocket gives you greater privacy, flexibility, and control over your care—without the need to share personal information or a diagnosis with insurance companies.
Private pay also removes restrictions on session length, frequency, or treatment approach, so therapy can be fully tailored to your needs. Many clients find the freedom, confidentiality, and personalized care to be well worth the investment in their mental health and well-being.
Private Pay Rates
50 Minute Initial Evaluation $275
50 Minute Individual Psychotherapy $230
Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charged for your appointment, please cancel a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed completely, will be charged at the full rate. Please note that if you use insurance to pay for sessions, you will be responsible for the full session fee, not just your copay. Insurance does not reimburse for sessions that do not happen.
