Adult ADHD Assessments
If you’ve been wondering whether ADHD might explain your challenges with focus, organization, or follow-through, an assessment can help bring clarity and direction. Adult ADHD assessments offer a focused, evidence-based way to evaluate ADHD without the need for a full neuropsychological evaluation.

You’ll receive clear, thoughtful feedback—and, when appropriate, a written summary with practical recommendations—to support next steps in treatment, work, or daily life. The goal is greater understanding, self-compassion, and confidence moving forward.

What to Expect in an ADHD Assessment
Each ADHD assessment is personalized to your concerns and designed to provide clarity, understanding, and practical next steps. The process may include:
-
A comprehensive clinical interview exploring both childhood and adult experiences
-
Standardized, evidence-based rating scales completed by you and, when appropriate, a trusted family member or observer
-
Screening for related factors such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or learning differences
-
Thoughtful integration of findings into clear feedback and individualized recommendations
-
(Optional) A written summary with diagnostic impressions that may be shared with your therapist, physician, or employer

How an ADHD Assessment Can Help
An ADHD assessment can help you:
-
Clarify whether ADHD is contributing to challenges with attention, impulsivity, or executive functioning
-
Better understand executive functioning skills—such as planning, organization, task initiation, time management, focus, and emotional regulation—and how difficulties in these areas can lead to missed deadlines, disorganization, or feeling overwhelmed
-
Differentiate ADHD from stress, anxiety, trauma, learning differences, or burnout
-
Reduce self-blame by helping you name what’s really happening
-
Receive tailored recommendations for therapy, coaching, and lifestyle supports
