What You’ll Learn

This structured, skills-based program teaches foundational Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to help you:

-
Communicate more effectively — express yourself clearly, set boundaries with confidence, and navigate conflict with less defensiveness and more understanding.
-
Manage strong emotions — learn how to ride the wave of difficult feelings without becoming overwhelmed or shutting down.
-
Cope with stress and uncertainty — develop healthier ways to respond to distress, change, and triggers so you can stay centered under pressure.
-
Build healthier relationships — strengthen trust, repair ruptures, and connect more authentically with others.
-
Cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness — increase awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you can respond intentionally rather than react automatically.

Each week introduces core DBT skills—Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness—with guided practice and take-home tools.
